We didn't do the goodbye letter....in fact, we kinda forgot about him after Christmas Eve. It was a nice tradition and something we will build on from year to year. It's just too stinking busy at Christmas to do everything just how I imagine in my head. Something has to give next year. But, for now, the Elf goes back to the North Pole until next year!! Goodbye, Elf!
