Ears Make Me Smile

Eden got these new 12 month pajamies a couple of months ago on clearance. I didn't notice when I bought them that they have little ears on the feet that are real....like the stick out from the fabric of the sleeper. So, I still didn't know even when I put it on because there are ears all over the darn thing. But, Eden noticed right away! She just could not stop playing with the little ears on her feet! It was really funny because we kept trying to get her to look at other things but she wasn't having any of it, just those cute lil panda ears! haha!

On My Mind with Colista Kelley

This past weekend was crazy busy! We had a good time though and made new memories. I thought for sure that I was going to totally blow my diet and gain a gazillion pounds but, to my utter surprise, I actually lost a half a pound! woot!
This Thursday I have a big catering thing in Quincy. It's at Farlow Realty. A business breakfast for about 100. It should be interesting! ha! I have had it written down now for months that it was on Friday but, I guess somewhere I got mixed up. Anyway, I have a lot of prep to do and then a lot of cooking. I think it will be fun though! I'm nervous about doing it by myself a little bit but, I feel fairly confident. On the menu will be Banana Struesle Muffins (I make the best in the universe!), Cheesy Egg Puffs, Sausage Apple Crossaints, fruit kabobs, coffee, and orange julius.
Next weekend I am going to have a yard sale. Hopefully the weather cooperates. As of late the weather has been really annoying, especially on the weekends! Oh and I have an Arbonne party this Saturday with Joanne!
I ordered a new swimsuit online. It should be here any day now. I hope it works. can you return swimsuits? Surely you can. I don't really have anything of any importance to say today I guess. this post just kinda turned into a pointless ramble. I will stop.

Liam with Grandma Trapp

So we had a big meal and egg hunt at my Mom's house after we went to the Kelley's. We were late but everyone waited for us. Nice! The kids had a ton of fun with the egg hunt! Even the big kids get involved! The bunny hides the eggs in impossible places so as to make it that much more fun! Love it! And there is money in the eggs! I caught some of the older kids shaking eggs to see which had money in it and then putting it back if it didn't. Put a stop to that. And they always get a big egg with their name on it that has a big cash prize in it and some doo-dad! After three easters in one day, I was ready to call it quits! ha!

Can't Get Enough Of These Babies!

Chaser McFee

Froo Froo Magoo

We had to do another little impromptu photo shoot of the babies with their ears on! They both looked at each other like the other one was nuts when we first put the ears on them! It was hilarious! Again you probably had to be there. Next weekend we are going to get pictures of the two of them together. I'm really excited! I hope Eden's outfit comes in on time.

Kelley Family Easter 2011

Eden McFroo as a bunny.

Josh and Chase

Aunt Vanessa got Eden this cute little bunny.....it's a tummy sleeper just like Eden (well if she has her way she's on her tummy.....my way is she's on her back, lol.)

All the boys after the big hunt.

Cullen was being the cutest ever! He kept putting his arm around Liam and talking in a cute voice. Then he gave Liam some of his candy out of his bag! You had to be there but, that kid is a charmer, and he freaking knows it!

Asher Bedasher hunting.

Tristan on the run!

Hunter with his bag of loot!

Cedric with his club that promptly got torn after being in the car with everyone.

Cullen on the hunt!

We had an Easter brunch at Debbie and Pat's house this year. I took a spinach quiche. There was tons of good food. I swore in the morning that I would not cook again that day because we had two family functions to go to but, alas I had to cook for supper. Junk. It was good to see the Kelley's that aren't here all the time and also the ones who are.

Monchhichi

When I was little I had a monchhichi that I carried around with me everywhere. I LOVED that monchhichi because it sucked it's thumb and so did I. I would watch the show and sing along. Well, if you look in the pictures of Eden's basket you will see that once again Target proves just how freaking cool they are by providing me with a monchhichi for my daughter! Now Eden had one of her very own and I couldn't be more thrilled! Does anyone else remember the monchhichi's?

Easter Morning

The boys helping Eden look at her eater basket. It was really cute.

Asher with his big bunny sucker. The boys had big buckets full of easter goodies!

Eden's first easter basket. I actually bought it on clearance last year when I was still pregnant with her. I had just found out that I was having a little girl. This was like the second girl thing I bought! haha!

The news had said that it was going to storm the whole day so the Easter Bunny didn't leave any eggs outside. Dumb weatherman. It didn't rain all day long. Oh well, the bunny made it to both grandma's houses so they still made out pretty good!

Eggs and Color

Tristan and his dozen

Cedric and his dozen

Asher and his dozen

Liam and his dozen

Cullen and his dozen....mostly orange

Cullen had so much fun dying the eggs! He promptly put most of his eggs in the orange coloring and played in the colored water most of the time.

Tristan and Liam

Our boys!

We colored eggs on Wednesday evening. I boiled five dozen eggs and used three packages of egg dye. The evening started off with me losing my mind because 1) I was in a bad mood all day because Jeremy and I received bad news the day before and 2) just the night before the boys had stolen all of my vinegar to make volcanoes and then there was none left to make the dye bright for the eggs. Oh well. Move on. Get over it.

The boys had a lot of fun and we ended up with great results anyway.
