Stuck In My House

Do I have dry socket or something!?!?  What is the dealio with all this stinking pain!?!?  I have been on pain killers and antibiotics for weeks now and I'm starting to go stir crazy!! Gah!!  Since the new year, I don't even think I have left the house.  What the heck is up with that?!!?!?  The thing is, I don't even want to.  I just want everyone to go away and leave me alone in peace and quiet.  My head, ear, and neck are all throbbing in constant pain even with the vicadin.  I'm like a zombie all day long and all night long because it causes me to sleep or want to sleep all the time.  Grrr.....something has to give.
