Glasses

We are pretty proud of savings around here, lol!  The last time we ordered glasses Jeremy totaled up what we have spent in the last year or so on glasses for the whole family.  We always buy our glasses through Zenni optical.  We spent $293.75 on 21 pairs of glasses!! WOOT!!!  I had a girl in the check out lane the other day compliment me on my glasses and then proceed to tell me that the place next door to the store we were at had a great deal right now.....2 pairs of glasses for $198!!!  I just looked at Jeremy and smiled!  Haha!  I probably should have told her about Zenni but, there was a huge line and so I just complimented her on her savings!  (Or lack thereof!)  The great part is that glasses places usually upsale you on insurance plans if your glasses break or whatever....don't even need that at Zenni.  If your pair of $10 glasses break....ummm, then get a new pair, haha!  :)  Another funny thing, is I saw someone with the exact same pair of glasses I have and I asked them if they bought them at Zenni.  She said no, she got them at her eye doctor and they cost her $150!!! WTF!?!?!?  They were the same brand and everything!! I could not believe it!!  Anyway, ya, there is our thrifty note for the day!
