Yesterday

Yesterday I started my day by learning that I had lost four pounds over the weekend!!! woot!! From Friday afternoon until Monday morning.  I was excited.
 I did something brave today and took 7 kids to the Carthage Swimming Pool.  I was going to take Tristan, William, and Cedric by themselves and leave them for a few hours and come back.  We had called ahead to see if they pool allowed this and they said anyone 11 and over was allowed to stay by themselves.  When I dropped them off there was hardly anyone there so, I told the other kids if they were all super good, then I would take everyone.  We went back to the house, had a quick lunch and changed into suits.  When I got back with the other four, the pool was a little more crowded but, not too much at all.  And guess what!?!?  The boys were all super duper good.  They played just wonderful. And they were very safe. Eden on the other hand is a mad woman who is obsessed with jumping.  OMG, she will run and jump off of anything, anywhere, any time.  And she has the road rash to prove it too! lol!  It is frightening and exhausting.  We had two hours of play time which was enough.  The older three boys got about four hours of play time.  The pool is actually bigger than it looks from the highway and it was just a really nice time.  I think I may do it more often.  If all goes well, maybe a season pass next year.
