Can I be anymore of a basket case today? Oy! It's doesn't help that I'm trying to operate while on these strong pain meds and I my body just doesn't work quite like it used to. My tooth hurts really bad....then I take painkillers to make it stop......then my brain gets rather foggy....I'm tired.....and feeling on the verge of puking constantly. I think my blood pressure takes dives throughout the day as I get rather dizzy as well. *big sigh* Today I meant to get a lot done. The kids concert is coming up in an hour and half and I'm not feeling very up to it. I did get through one store this morning with three kids in tow. I don't know why I'm rambling like this.
