For my birthday this year we decided to drive down to the Lake of the Ozarks and stay at the Tan-Tar-A resort at Osage Beach. We had such a good time!! I got to hear my brother's radio show and he mentioned my birthday! Then we went out to lunch with him and his girlfriend (Joyce), her girls (Lexie and Kailey), Nicci and Nathan drove over from Jefferson City and of course they brought Alina, and Willie was there too! We walked around on the strip for awhile and ate lots of yummy food! While we were there,we realized just how cool the resort was and decided that the kids would love it there. So we decided to book our summer vacation there. I love to celebrate the Fourth of July so we figured that would be the perfect time to go.
WE both did this a lot the whole time we were gone! ha! We had just gotten new phones that day. Jeremy had the htc Desire and I had the htc Acclaim. I thought the Acclaim was awful to use. It was just a loaner until I got my Desire on Monday because I don't think I could keep the Acclaim. anyway, so we were both trying to figure out our new phones.

So this guy or gal was staying at one of the bungalows a few down from us. Can we say CREEPY!! You can't read it too well in the pic but above the phone number is says something about franchises available!! bahahahaha!!!
AWESOME birthday!! And of course thanks to the Grandma's who made it all possible for me to go without kids! :)
