Water Laced With Gold

How in the hell does a person get a flippin $216.00 water bill!?!?!?! What the crap, Carthage!?!?  I know they have been buying water from Hamilton due to water shortage but good grief!!  They said it would go up by about $20 per family....$20, my butt!  I am thoroughly annoyed right now, in case you can't tell.  Crap a dog.  And to top it all off the water is AWFUL!  It's dirty and gross when it comes out of the faucet, it stinks, and tastes nasty.  UGH!
