Spinach Stew
I made Zuppa Tuscana Soup yesterday before Super Bowl. Cedric saw it on the stove as he was getting ready to head to his friend's house and said: "Aww, I'm going to miss Spinach Stew?" I said:"Yep, looks like you are." And he asked me to save him some, so I did. But, what I loved about it was that he called it Spinach Stew!!! It's what I am going to call it from now on. And I am so pleased that he likes it too. And that my kids look forward to certain things that I make! It kinda makes things worth it when you know that someone is appreciating it!! LOVE.

The kids and I appreciate you more than you know. This house and family would grind to a halt without you. Oh and yes this soup is amazing, as was the spinach dip you made us for superbowl! (sorry for not putting that away, I soooo want some right now) Love ya babe
