Bambi

The neighbor's have bought this baby deer from a deer farm. I didn't even know that deer farms existed but, apparently they do. When they first got it it was very small, and they kept it in a cage.

You can see now that it is getting bigger and is a very nice little deer. It comes up to the kids and eats out of their hands! Our cat, Luke, does not like the deer. It's fun to see them fight. The deer does tend to eat things out of my garden and eat our flowers and such. Right now I don't care but, next year I might. (I actually plan on putting a good effort into landscaping and gardening next year.)
Weird little deer.

Is it just a pet? I think deer hunting is fine, but for some reason keeping a deer to raise and eat sounds odd. Yep, I'm at least half of a city girl.

I don't know what the deer is for. IT kind of boggles my mind too. What the heck do you do with a deer as a pet?

I didn't know you could have a deer as a pet? I have a few deer in my freezer. It might be a cool pet. Is it?
